How did you get started doing this type of work?
My personal journey into the world of fitness was initially driven by a health challenge I faced at a young age. I was diagnosed with asthma at 10, and at 13, the situation escalated when I was hospitalized for both asthma and pneumonia.
However, I found a lifeline in regular exercise, specifically weightlifting, wrestling, and martial arts.
