Introduction

Whether you want to acquire more confidence, improve your lifestyle and habits, gain more muscle or just improve your condition before a bodybuilding competition, I am the person to get you to your goals! There is no perfect time to start, so stop setting a deadline! Hold yourself accountable right now, and with my help, lead yourself to a better lifestyle in the future. You will build discipline and feel energized after following my programs. If you are restricted by covid, do not worry! I have created programs that can be used at home that will allow you to sculpt your body behind closed doors. Tell me your goals, statistics and preferences and I will use my knowledge that I have acquired over the last 20 years in this industry to design a program that WILL benefit you, like it has so many others.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
PTP400 offers invigorating training, on the go coaching at your fingertips, monthly nutritional seminars, self-defense, and a vibrant community supporting you every step of the way.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Everyone I talk with has a consultation first and discuss your goals and issues with your body. There is no one size fits all in training so the program is tailored to benefit you and how your body is made up and what works best for you. By the end of things you won't believe how far you've come in a short time.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I began in college as a Athletic training major and went on to obtain a degree in Psychology. Playing sports and training for so many years as well as getting trained by some local pros in the fitness industry gave me extensive knowledge of the body and how to problem solve to hit goals. Training is a physical process but it's more mental than anything and I make sure to change the mindset of my clients just as much as changing their body.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I've always been an athlete from highschool thru college and post college. Dealing with strength and endurance has been a part of life. Also being in martial arts for 15 years I got accustomed to even greater nutrition due to having to meet weigh ins. Knowing myself and becoming a expert at my own body made me want to help others do the same and that's what I've been doing since 2007 and I'm glad to bring my expertise to the triad.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have clients who were on the verge of heart failure due to excessive weight, and those who had lost too much weight they lost all muscle to the point of atrophy and I helped them rebuild. I train college athletes mainly for football and baseball. It's always a pleasure to have a variety of clients because everyone has a situation they need resolved and I love problem solving to help people reach a goal.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Ask the pro about their background in training and how many areas of fitness they have been involved in, this way you know if they are qualified or just a reader of books only.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Am I ready to commit to a lifestyle change to increase my health and quality of life?
