Certified Personal Trainers With Specialist Certifications in Women's Fitness, Menopause, Pre/Post Natal, Weight Loss and Online Training. We offer semi private group and online training programs! Note: We do not travel to clients. Read on to learn more about us and our training style! :) We help women take their bodies and lives back! If you have 10-20+ pounds to lose and feel like you have tried everything, you have come to the right place. You will FINALLY find sustainable weight loss success through goal setting, healthy habits & quick, effective workouts. This is not a quick fix, but a lifestyle change. ***Semi private group training for up to 6 women. This is a great option for women that need the accountability of in-person training but do not have the budget for one-on-one and need a little bit more flexibility with scheduling. This option is also beneficial for women who like to be pushed harder or motivated by their peers during exercise. It's a wonderful opportunity to make friends and have a great time! Here's How it Works: - Sessions are 60 minutes - You will be in a small group with other women up to 6 people - Workouts will be tailored to your individual goals - No waiting in lines or waiting for equipment at a busy gym. You are guaranteed to have space and the equipment you need for your workout. - Nutrition guidance will be provided for each individual - You will pay for a package of 8, 12, or 16 sessions every 5 weeks - Use them or lose them - You are able to enroll in any available small group training session as long as a slot is open Pricing starts at $320 for 8 sessions.*** Schedule a time to come in for an initial movement and habit assessment. $75 is due at the time of booking to hold your slot. It is non-refundable. These assessments are required to begin in-person training. It's important to remember that every body is different and different methods work for different people. Others will claim they've got the secret to make you lose weight fast, or supplements to increase your metabolism, but if it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is. We don’t support quick fixes or tricks, weight loss supplements or detoxes, completely cutting out food groups, or extreme exercise. Getting healthy and losing weight takes time, hard work, and consistency. We will help you determine what works best for you and teach you how to live a healthy lifestyle. We believe in moderation and indulging every once in a while and we definitely practice what we preach. Hey, we still need to enjoy life! We are not not the type of trainers that are going to get in your face and scream at you. We will COACH you on how to live a healthy, fit lifestyle and how to sustain long term results. We will challenge your body and your mind, to adapt, to change, to learn. We know our style of training is not for everyone, but we also know there are a lot of women out there who just need some compassion, direction, and positive reinforcement. If you are looking for a coach to help you safely push yourself, to teach you how to live a healthy lifestyle of moderation, and to guide you on how to properly move your body and lift weights, and to really make a life long change, then Lemonade Fit is for you! **Please note that ONLINE TRAINING has different pricing than in person training. How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I was an athlete all of my life. I grew up playing a sport, or multiple sports, every season. I was the first born in my family, so my dad was excited to turn me into a tomboy! :) I was one of those lucky kids that was tall and lanky and could eat whatever I wanted...although that could have been because, well, I was young and constantly on the go. After high school I went to the Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD to play basketball. I ended up getting very sick while I was there and had to leave. After that, I decided not to play sports anymore - I wanted to be a normal kid with a normal schedule and do normal kid things, like everyone else. Well with my newfound inactivity and "normalness", for lack of a better term, I also found about 15 extra pounds! About a year an half later I tried to start back at the gym, lost a few pounds and felt good so I stopped going. Well that wasn't the smart thing to do because then I gained all the weight back and about 10 pounds more! By the time I graduated college I was 25lbs overweight and pretty miserable. At this point I felt like I was at my lowest point - I was overweight, I was in one of those crappy relationships you feel stuck in, working a job I didn't like (marketing desk job), I didn't feel pretty, I had zero confidence, and as a result I was a negative, unhappy person. Then something happened. I'm not sure what it was - I can't explain it, but something just clicked. I decided I wanted to take control back. I wanted to be a happier, healthier, prettier, more confident person. I went back to the gym and this time I made a plan. I thought back to my sports days and said to myself, "what did I do back then to keep in such good shape?" I moved. I was always active. Now, I knew I couldn't go back to eating like crap anymore - you can only do that for so long, then you grow up and realize your body can't handle that any longer. So I signed up for myfitnesspal to get my eating under control, and attacked the gym. I started by getting my butt moving!! So, I was on the treadmill, elliptical, bike, row machine - anything to get my body moving. BUT I knew that wouldn't cut it, so I also took some strength training group classes. I started to see results, but I wanted more. I took what knowledge I had from my athlete days to start weight training. I did research on the best things to do to build muscle and lose weight. I tried everything in the gym. Before I knew it, other members were coming up to me asking me for help and the gym owners asked me to run classes. I was feeling really awesome! To cut a long story short - I left my marketing job, left my crappy boyfriend at the time, and pursued my passion! By the way, during that time, I found a pretty awesome guy (who I am now married to) that was very supportive of my career change! I wouldn't have had the guts to do it without him. Now every day I wake up and I am happier than ever! I love what I do, I am constantly learning new things, and I love working with all of my clients - they are the best!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Look for a trainer that loves what they do and has a passion for health and fitness. You don't want someone that is just collecting clients and money, and who doesn't genuinely care about their client. You want someone inspiring and motivating! Another thing - there is no shortcut to weight loss or strength building. It takes time and consistency. Don't look for a "quick fix". Be wary of trainers that guarantee results or push products.
