Introduction

I help men and women 35+ lose weight, build muscle, get in shape, and get rid of all of those aches and pains of getting older without feeling like they have to workout 24/7 or giving up the foods they like to eat.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
My prices are based on how frequently you want to meet and together we decide that frequency. My prices are monthly prices.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
When I work with a new customer, the first thing I want to do is just sit and talk to them. I want to find out why they are interested in hiring a personal trainer. I want to find out what their fitness goals are. After we chat, we will do an assessment just to see where they are fitness-wise. This gives us a starting point, and will help us see where we are on our goals as we check them every 6 weeks or so.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I am a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I am also an ACE certified Health coach and certified Precision Nutrition nutrition coach.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
After losing my previous job, I got into personal training because I love working out and want to do what I can to bring that love to others.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with all types. Mostly general fitness clients. People just looking to get in shape. I have also worked with people with medical conditions, including one with a heart condition.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
My advice it to look around and make sure you find a trainer who fits you and you feel comfortable with. This job, in it's own way is very intimate. You need someone you are comfortable with.
