I have over six years of training experience, a bachelor's degree in Health Fitness Specialist, and I’m a competitive weightlifter. I am passionate about helping others better themselves through health and fitness. I believe that exercise, nutrition, and recovery are powerful. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing for 1-on-1 coaching is anywhere from $100-$110 a session, depending on how many times a week & the location. For programming, my monthly pricing is anywhere from $135-$440. I also have options for duet & small group training.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

For 1-on-1 clients, you will receive a complimentary 60-minute assessment (phone call or video call) and a complimentary 1-on-1 session. For remote programs, you will get a complimentary 30-minute assessment.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My certifications are: CSCS - Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach USAW L1 Precision Nutrition L1 Pre & Post-Natal

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My passion for fitness started as a simple 30-minute run a day. I now compete as a nationally ranked weightlifter, and I'm a national silver and bronze medalist. Pushing past my limits and accomplishing goals I never imagined has made me realize that "limitations" are only a part of your mindset. You can achieve anything you want in life. You need the right people in your corner to help you get there.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with pretty much everyone. My four years at Equinox have given me the tools to work with every client at any level. Now that I work for myself, many CrossFit athletes have started working with me to work on their Olympic Weightlifting technique.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Helping all of my clients be 1% better each day.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for someone who cares about your goals just as much (if not more) than you do. It's a partnership & communication is key.
