Introduction

I'm not your run-of-the mill trainer. I’ve been in this business for 16 years now helping people achieve extraordinary change in lifestyles! I provide an all-inclusive weight loss transformation focusing on mind, body, and spirit. I am a certified nutrition coach, a certified personal trainer, and a life coach with extensive experience in the fitness industry. My mission is to help give people back to themselves. Basically, to help each client live the best version of themselves and take back control of their lives through discipline and lifestyle change. My program provides all of the tools necessary to make a big change along with learning valuable lifestyle habits you can use for a lifetime. I am looking for people who are serious about losing weight once and for all. This is not about adding a few workout sessions during the week. My program is designed to build a healthy fit lifestyle. I provide you with everything you will need, it’s up to you to “be the change.”

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I mainly focus on clients that train multiple times a week. I find it challenging to see a big difference in fitness when I see them only once a week. My prices are low when I meet 3 or more times they are $50 per session. Less times a week the price goes up per session.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
First I give a complimentary assessment where I asked the client a series of questions to get to know them and their health and fitness better. I try to find there (why) basically what drives them. It is important to address there mental aspect and self limiting beliefs if there is any. What is the goal is step 1. Step 2 what if anything stands in our way of getting it. 3. Let’s get to work. It’s very import to set a clear cut vision of what we as a team are shooting for and it’s my job to steer the ship so to speak on course towards the destination.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
NESTA certified I was with them before NASM existed so I stuck with them. Also have NFPT and PN 1 which is a nutrition cert. worked as a strength coach back in 2010 for the UNC soccer teams select players. Worked with people fairing from age 14 to 90 yrs old. My main focus is weight loss it is where I’ve put the majority of my focus. It’s where you can make the biggest difference.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Always enjoyed the reward of helping and empowering others. The gym helped me find stability in my own life and I love it. The combination of both helping others and sharing my passion for workout is a match made in heaven. I was born to do this.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Everything from rehab to body builders. I would have to say I pride myself as a weight loss specialist though.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I have a current client I’ve worked with for almost 6 months. When we started her conditioning was so poor we could not get through the first workouts. During this time we have lost almost 60 pounds coming up now on her goal body weight. What’s more she is strong! I see her squat weight that would have crushed her day 1. Everything seems brighter in her life and her spirt is bright. It’s the inward changes that are my favorite. 💪💪

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Yrs of experience is big the average trainer working in the fitness field is usually 3 yrs. You have to be truly committed and invested to be in fitness for 13 yrs and counting. You want a fit trainer but usually the overly fit ones are more invested in them selfs rather than there client. Certainly not always the case but if there instagram is filled with shirtless selfies all over the place you have to wonder where they are investing there energy. I focus on my clients it’s not about me.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What is there goal? Are they willing to make lifestyle adjustments? What is there (why) or where does there motivation and drive stem from?
