Introduction

After losing 84 lbs. myself, I set out to help others to reach their health and wellness goal. Over the past decade I have helped thousands do the same. I have extensive background in Nutrition coaching and spent several years as the nutrition program coordinator at Lifetime Fitness in Cary. I have been on every end of the health spectrum and understand where you are coming from. I focus on sustainable goals for longevity and would love to help you increase your quality of life. To help keep my clients safe, I have invested 10,000$ in equipment at my home facility so I can sanitize equipment between 1 on 1 interactions. I also offer virtual and in home services as well. To learn more about my approach, to see client testimonials, or to check out my podcast on nutrition and fitness, head to firewithinnf.com I look forward to working with you soon!

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I do 1 hour sessions or 30 minute sessions at $75 an hour or $45 a half hour. There is a travel fee if I travel to you of a dollar a mile.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We start with a complimentary consult to learn more about your goals and needs. I want to learn about your background with nutrition and fitness, weightloss and injuries so that I can put together a custom program that fits your lifestyle.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have my CPT through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and I maintain 20 hours of Continuing Education, in addition to my Precision Nutrition 1 certification and I'm nearly finished with my Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification. I have worked with thousands of clients and spent 5 years with Lifetime Fitness as a Nutrition Program Coordinator, I ran the bloodwork program, and helped manage the personal training staff.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I lost 84 lbs. that changed my life and I wanted to help others do the same.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with every age and type of customer from 8 years old to 87 year olds, to diabetes, to parkinson's, to professional athletes. Many of clients are interested in weight loss.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I had a client lose over 80 lbs. and keep it off and is now impacting the health of her kids and husband.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Make sure they are interested in a long term approach that gets to the root of the problem. Also, we all have specific needs and different body types with different hormonal considerations. There is no 1 size fits all approach and plans should be catered toward your specific needs, time availability and what you enjoy.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Have they been in your shoes before? What is their track record? Do they understand hormones? Are they more concerned with short term immediate results or long term sustainable habits?
