What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

All training packages are handled on a month-to-month basis, no contracts. Session pricing varies based on how many times per week the individual trains.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

At the beginning, we will work to identify your goals and how to achieve these in the smartest/safest manner. Since every client is different, we will work to identify areas in which you are strongest and identify those areas that might be lacking.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

National Academy of Sports Medicine - Certified Personal Trainer.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Growing up I was always involved in sports as a child all the way through college. After finishing college, I still had a desire and passion to help others make a healthy change in their lives. It was a pretty seem less transition for me, from athlete to coach.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with a wide range of clients. From high school student athletes, to retired professionals. Every client is different, as a result I do not use a "cookie-cutter" program for all of my clients. Each program is designed specifically to fit the clients wants/needs.
