North Hampton NH, Kingston NH & Portsmouth NH During the week I will bring you attention to detail and customized programs based on your body’s specific goals and requirements to help aide you in achieving proper daily movement Ever since I graduated Exeter High school in 2007, Ive had a passion for fitness. I immediately enrolled in The National Personal Training Institute in Orlando Florida and completed 500 hours of hands on training to achieve my Master PT Certification. ‍ I enjoy working with clients because of the positive results they achieve, not only physically, but mentally. Helping clients work on fitness goals and be a part of their journey to feel amazing is truly a rewarding experience. ‍ I feel fortunate to be back home in Exeter NH, getting to know the many clients in the community, and assisting them in realizing their limitless potential!
