What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Currently we offer complete 12 week programs in which we cover everything you need to know to the get the best results possible from your fitness program. This means we spend a lot of time working with our clients on both the nutrition AND the exercise components that are required for achieving serious results. We have clients that come to us just for just program design and then follow through with their programs on their own (either at home or in their gym) and we also have clients that meet with us anwhere from 2-4 times a week depending on their goals, motvation and budget. All of our programs are time tested to help our clients achieve their health and fitness goals. Those include personal training, semi-private training and small group training. All of our programs are generally a 12 week initial commitment, and the investment rusn anwhere from 277.00 to 1092.00 a month depending on which option you choose and what's best for you.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our potential clients meet with us for an initial complimentary consultation. We want to make sure our potential clients feel that we understand their goals. We also offer a free training session BEFORE asking our clients to commit to a training relationship with us.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

15 years of teaching Health & Physical Education. B.S. from the College of N.J. 22 years of training experience. Tip Top Fitness Training, LLC was founded in 2006. We have helped over 2400 men and women in the South Jersey area, lose weight, and achieve amazing fitness results.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After retiring from teaching, I committed myself to being a full-time trainer. That was over 20 years ago. FULL DISCLOSURE: I could not see myself doing anything else!

What types of customers have you worked with?

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My dearest friend Mike Rease. Under our supervision, Mike has lost over 200 pounds in 24 months.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hire someone who is a life-long professional. If you are over the age of 35, find a trainer that is close to your age, has experience, and is kindred and compatible with your struggle. In other words, do not hire someone that has never struggled to lose weight and get in shape. They may have knowledge, but no experience and... worst of all, they may not have the empathy for your particular challenge.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How old is the trainer I will be working with? Are they a true professional or are they "just passing through". Does the trainer understand your struggle and is willing to commit to your cause?
