Introduction

I have been a Personal Trainer since 2009. I primarily focus on functional fitness training & wellness, general fitness, and occasional bootcamp classes. I have worked with various populations and I am passionate about what I do and helping the general public and fitness enthusiasts reach their goals. I will bring my experience and your workout right to your home where you do not have to go to a gym and pay for a membership or a “high priced” trainer. Whether you are fitness experienced or a beginner, I will build you up and get you there. The costs are reasonable, but I am SERIOUS about your goals. I will keep it fun and keep you engaged. Fitness is my passion and I want it to be your’s too. Since we are still in the midst of the COVID 19 pandemic, I am doing video/remote consultations to make things easier for the potential client. However, I am still doing In-person/In-home training if it is convenient. I am open to doing outdoor locations for training if safety is an issue to the potential customer. “KEEP PUSHING, AND REMEMBER YOUR GOALS.” I look forward to working with you and I hope I hear from you all soon. Patrick J Byrne Certified Personal Trainer.

unfold fold
A recent big project that I am fond of was a Biggest Loser Competition at a small studio gym from 2013. I worked with 8-9 women which consisted of a Fitness Bootcamp once a week for 3 months. Bodily circumference measurements were obtained in the beginning of the program. At the end of (3) months, All of the women/clientele saw significant decreases in their body fat measurements when final measurements were obtained. Our Team won the competition as a final result...

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Customers looking to work with trainers and become their clients should feel like they can trust who they will work with or who they bring into their home. They should feel like the fitness professional is focused on you; meaning the "task at hand." They should also feel that they can trust a fitness professional who is aware of physical capability, attention to detail, and be compassionate about his/her client's needs; listening to their customer/client.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Before talking or meeting with a trainer, a customer should have a basic clear-cut idea of what he or she wants to accomplish when working with a fitness professional; whether its a short-term or a long-term accomplishment or goal. It should give the trainer an understanding of what the task is at hand. Next, the customer should ask about nutrition; dieting, caloric intake, and eating habits. If the fitness professional has a basic understanding of nutrition, it will definitely compliment the training and eventually can create a good balance for the end result of hitting their goals. Last, the customer should also disclose any limits on capability or past-present injury they may effect their training program. The customer should ask the fitness professional if he/she has worked with other past clientele with similar issues and can he/she accommodate the customers needs.
