Introduction

Hello, My name is Jacqueline I specialize in Muay Thai, Boxing, an MMA with over 16 years of combat sports experience. As a Muay Thai fighter and Coach. I believe quality self defense and combat sports training should be widely available and attainable by everyone. Too many times have I see gyms charge outrages prices to people for sub par training. My goal is to make sure my clients have quality training, easily affordable for everyone. All skill levels are welcome, from people who just want to get in shape, to individuals prepping themselves for stepping in the ring or octagon. I believe training should be consistent, well-in-depth, and analyzed on a technical level. Clients will learn the most intricate details, of Muay Thai, Boxing or MMA fundamentals. For application as a competitive fighter, combat sports practitioner(octagon/ring), self-defense hobbyist or just fellow fitness enthusiasts. (Training consist of personal pad work, in-depth partner and techniques drilling, active sparring, self - defense application, strength and conditioning, expansion of personal fight IQ, and footwork movement, technical striking, Muay Thai clinching, boxing fundamentals and MMA application)

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I am flexible with pricing, I understand it’s hard for everyone right now, but I constantly see people overcharge for their services and they are not looking out for best interest of their clients only themselves. I want my clients to understand as well as develop themselves as a person.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I always make sure they throughly understand the process and what they are learning I want them to completely master what they can. So they can grow not only as a potential fighter but as a person. So making sure I explain everything on a very technical level is a must. It’s the little things that make people great

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have been training in combat sports for over 10 years, I started with boxing, then moved on to MMA, I remember thinking I knew how to fight. An the first time I trained at a real Muay Thai gym I got beat so badly. I joined the gym immediately the next day, as I grew as a fighter I realized that I have so much to learn. After sticking with training Muay Thai exclusively for years, I ended up fighting and love the sport not only for its beauty but what it means. I was glad to take my fighting experience with me into the executive protection world, I have been trained by 3 different security institutions, in everything from defense tactics, hand to hand combat, tactical shooting, combative fundamentals, an combat mindset. If I never became a fighter I would never have discovered my love for training, on the mat, in the ring, on the range I dedicate my life and time to it all. ❤️

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
It originally started as just a fun thing I did for cardio, then I fell in love with the process the technical aspect of it. Over time I began to love training and the thrill of getting better, really fueled my fire to keep pursuing it. Before I knew it I had been training for years and ended up taking my first fight from their the rest is history 🙅🏻‍♀️

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
People who possess dedication, mental fortitude and the desire to keep getting stronger and better. If your weak will or don’t think you can do it your probably right. If you think you can become a UFC champion your probably right! Hard work beats talent any day of the week!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Everyone has to start somewhere don’t be intimated by the thought of Muay Thai, MMA or boxing were all here to help. Stick to it and you ll see what you are really capable of time and time again I see people push their physical and mental limits.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Is this personal knowledgeable? Do they actually really know what they are talking about? They should be giving you intense feedback if all you keep hearing is good job they aren’t truly examining you. Even to this day after training for years my coaches still hound me, their is always something to work on don’t forget that. You never settle and thing your at absolute high level of performance.
