Introduction

Hello! I am here to help you reach your fitness and movement goals! I am a NASM certified Personal Trainer specializing in Women's Fitness & Corrective Exercise. I have been training clients since 2017 to help them reach all kinds of goals! Beyond losing body fat, building muscle, and hitting new PRs.. we will focus on helping you build confidence; confidence in your ability to set a goal and stick to it as well as confidence in your body and its ability to move you through life! I train out of Henderson in a private studio. In addition to in-person sessions I offer full programming that can be accessed through my free app. Either way, you will get a custom program built to your goals with consideration to any limitations. Add on daily accountability and open communication to ask any questions along the way and you have a strategy for success!

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
My session cost is competitive with commercial gyms. Having worked as a trainer at most box gyms in the area, the average cost for an hour session is $80-85. I come in at a cost slightly less than that but offer discounts for more frequent visits.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We have to do an initial consultation via ZOOM or phone call. I need to know more about you in order to build a custom program. Then we do some assessments and go from there!

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
All kinds! But mostly women working on building muscular and joint strength. I have also done a lot of prehab and rehab on injuries or surgeries.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Every trainer is different! Find one with knowledge and experience but also someone who will motivate and support you in a way that works for you.
