What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

the more bulk sessions purchased the lower the price per session will be. check in with us for seasonal promotions and package discounts.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The initial assessment session requires the client to fill out a PAR-Q (physical activity readiness questionnaire to make the trainer aware of any prior injury, medication or health factors that may apply. Following this form the session provides a functional active movement screen testing range of motion, balance strength, power and endurence. once recorded a strategy is then developed with the client for the most efficient and cost effective tailored program.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our vetted and certified instructors are required to obtain a B.A and continued education in personal training. ex; Exercise science and physiology major and a minor in international business. certified via (ISSA) International sports and science association. TRX Suspesion, CSCS strength conditioning, weight loss, nutrition, kettlebells, hypervolt, axle, CPR/AED

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Personal training provides the ability to change one's life. via exercise science and physiology our knowledge base opened doors to become elite trainers that help others see what they simply cannot on their own or improve what they are already capable of.

What types of customers have you worked with?

our clientele ranges from High end business professionals to professional athletes and artists in the entertainment industry. (Under HIPPA rules and regulations we respect one's privacy and are not authorized to provide any more information to a third party without the permission from the client)

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently the ability to advocate body and mind to specific schools throughout Thailand and South Africa have been a great experience. we were able to engage and project a message for fitness on another level. More work is scheduled

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

A strategy should be understood when creating a program. understand your strategy and why it would work for you. ask if your trainer provides insurance. (we are insured via lockten affiinity). test the trainers knowledge on the three energy systems, different forms of exercise, nutrition and their ability to provide a program.
