I am a personal trainer, professional dancer and Capoeira Angola practitioner. Movement is my lifestyle. PERSONAL TRAINING- I've been learning Personal Training for the last 6 years under RhythmMetrics Method by Sekou Heru and certified by NSCF in November 2020. including: -Calisthenics -Mobility and ROM Improvement, - Injury prevention -Postural correction -Animal walks DANCE-I've been dancing since I was 3 years old. I grew up learning for over 10 years ballet and flamenco. Started practicing Street styles since 2003 focusing in House Dance since 2017. I've teach dance classes/privates since 2008 for kids and adults. At the moment subbing House dance classes at PMT and Peridance.
