What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I KNOW MY PRICES ARE SLIGHTLY HIGHER, BUT THIS IS BECAUSE I AM THE ONLY TRAINER IN MANHATTAN COACHING IN THIS MANY SPORTS, WITH A REALLY HIGH EDUCATION AND ATHLETIC BACKGROUND!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

In your workout program you need to make sure that everything make sense together to have a linear progression.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Bachelor degree and Master degree of Exercise Science. World class athlete coached by the best coaches in France since I was 14.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started after getting a serious injury that stopped my Olympic career. I wanted to share my passion and knowledge about fitness and help other people achieve their dream body!

What types of customers have you worked with?

I specialize mainly in successful gentlemen between 35-55.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

It usually takes 2-3 weeks to start seeing results. Energy up, fat mass lower, muscle density higher, overall well being higher. And in about 3 months in my program, you will already be at a very good level of fitness.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you find a trainer very experienced to train in safety and reach your goals correctly.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How do I value my health and fitness? There’s no price tags on that!
