5 years of professional Pilates/Gyro-tonic training. 7 years dance Academy. 3 years gymnastics. 3 years yoga in 3 different schools.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Always loved to learn body awareness and raising physical intelligence. As a dancer I learned how limitless can be abilities of our bodies when we set our mind to it and sharing this knowledge with people who aren’t aware of this fact is priceless.
