Introduction

Helping high-achieving individuals transform their physical and emotional well-being isn’t just my profession-it’s my obsession. What truly sets me apart in a saturated market is my unique combination of credentials: I’m not only a Certified Personal Trainer, but also a Certified Hypnosis Practitioner and a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Coach. This rare integration of physical training with mindset reprogramming and neuroscience allows me to work on a much deeper level than conventional fitness coaching. My clients don’t come to me for just a workout —they come to shift patterns that have held them back for years. Whether it’s weight loss, habit change, self-confidence, emotional regulation, or stress resilience, | help high performers break through the internal resistance that sabotages success. Together, we rewire limiting beliefs, eliminate mental blocks, and establish sustainable habits rooted in both science and self-awareness. This is not surface-level coaching. This is a tailored, high-impact transformation experience designed for individuals who are ready to upgrade every part of their life-body, mind, and behavior. Many trainers can change how you look; I help you change how you live. If you’re ready to invest in more than just a physique-and instead, become the version of yourself who naturally embodies confidence, clarity, and strength-this is where it begins.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
First session is introductionary. I guide a client through a full body workout, asking questions about their RPE (rate of perceived exertion), how they feel, establishing rapport and trying my best to make the session challenging yet comfortable. After the first session, I let the client decide whether he/she feels comfortable working with me long term. If all goes well, we create a plan for the next few weeks/months (based on the client's goals, timeframe, availability, budget etc.)

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Focus Personal Training Institute, NYC - NASM Certified. Behavior Change Specialist - NASM Certified. NLP Center of New York - Certified NLP Coach. Certified Ericksonian Hypnosis Practitioner (Focusing on helping individuals with issues like smoking cessation, weight loss, self-confidence, or emotional well-being, outside a medical or clinical framework)

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I walked into the gym for the first time when I was 29. I felt extremely intimidated not knowing what to do and I decided to hire a trainer. That turned out to be one of the best investments of my life. After 4 years working with my trainer on a regular basis, i became competent and advanced with my workouts and my coach suggested I consider becoming a personal trainer myself. I didn't take it seriously, figured he was just joking but he planted the seed in my head and soon after I enrolled in the school where he got his education (Focus Personal Training Institute, NYC). I got certified as a Personal Trainer and continued my fitness journey. I strongly believe that hiring a coach could be one of the best decisions of your life if you are serious about your well being. I would never end up where I am today, physically and mentally, without my coach challenging me and believing in me. I had a good teacher and now I know what my job is - to make a person feel seen, heard, understood and make them believe in themselves.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I work primarily with high-performing women -entrepreneurs, executives, and CEOs - typically between the ages of 35 and 60. These are ambitious individuals who value results, efficiency, and a science-backed approach. What sets my coaching apart is that I don’t just train the body - I rewire behavior. I integrate evidence-based tools from hypnosis, cognitive behavioral therapy, and neuroscience to address not just what my clients do, but why. This creates deep, lasting change in the way they relate to food, movement, and self-image. Every program is highly individualized-tailored to my client’s body type, schedule, lifestyle, and goals. I’m meticulous about form and injury prevention, and I believe that when we chase health first, aesthetics naturally follow. The result? Sustainable transformation from the inside out.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
One of my favorite recent projects was a 12-week transformation program I designed for a group of clients who were looking to improve their overall health and fitness. The challenge was to create a personalized plan that catered to varying fitness levels and lifestyles while also fostering a sense of community among the participants. We kicked off with a comprehensive assessment to set individual goals, and I crafted tailored workout routines that included strength training, cardio, and flexibility work. I also integrated nutrition coaching, helping clients make sustainable dietary changes. Each week, we had group check-ins where everyone shared their progress, challenges, and victories, which really built camaraderie and accountability. The best part was seeing the transformation not just physically but also in their mindset. Many clients discovered newfound confidence and a passion for fitness they didn’t know they had. By the end of the program, participants reported improved energy levels, weight loss, and a stronger sense of community. This project took about three months, and the results were truly rewarding. It reinforced my belief in the power of personalized coaching and community support. If you’re looking for a program that challenges you but also encourages you every step of the way, I’d love to help you on your wellness journey!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
When looking to hire a personal trainer or wellness coach, my top piece of advice is to find someone who truly aligns with your goals and values. Here are a few key factors to consider: Credentials and Experience: Look for a trainer with relevant certifications and a track record of success. Ask about their experience with clients who have similar goals to yours, whether it’s weight loss, muscle gain, or overall wellness. Personalized Approach: A great trainer should tailor their programs to your unique needs. During your initial consultation, assess whether they take the time to understand your lifestyle, preferences, and any limitations. A one-size-fits-all approach rarely leads to lasting results! Communication Style: Choose someone who communicates openly and effectively. You want a coach who motivates and inspires you while also being a good listener. It’s all about building a strong partnership where you feel comfortable sharing your challenges and successes. Trial Sessions: Don’t hesitate to ask for a trial session. This gives you a feel for their training style and how well you connect. A good trainer should make you feel energized and excited about your fitness journey. Community and Support: Look for a coach who fosters a supportive environment, whether through group classes, online communities, or regular check-ins. Having that sense of camaraderie can be a game-changer for motivation. Ultimately, choose someone who challenges you but also encourages you every step of the way. The right trainer can transform not just your body but your entire mindset around fitness and wellness. If you’re ready to take that leap, I’d love to be part of your journey!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Before reaching out to a personal trainer or wellness coach, it’s important to reflect on a few key questions that can help clarify your goals and expectations: What are my specific goals? Think about what you want to achieve—whether it’s weight loss, building muscle, increasing flexibility, or improving overall wellness. Clear goals will help both you and your coach create a focused plan. What is my current fitness level? Consider where you’re starting from. Are you a beginner, or do you have experience? Understanding your current fitness level will help you find a trainer who can meet you where you are and challenge you appropriately. What obstacles have I faced in the past?: Reflect on any challenges that have hindered your progress before. Whether it’s time management, motivation, or specific injuries, sharing these with a potential coach can help them tailor their approach to better support you. How much time can I commit? Determine how many hours a week you can realistically dedicate to training and wellness activities. Being honest about your availability will help set the right expectations for your progress. What kind of support do I need?: Think about whether you thrive in a one-on-one setting, prefer group classes, or benefit from online coaching. Knowing your preferred style of training can lead to a more satisfying experience. What motivates me?: Identify what inspires you to stay on track—whether it’s accountability, competition, or community. This insight can help you find a coach who understands how to keep you engaged and excited about your journey. By considering these questions, you’ll be better equipped to have meaningful conversations with potential trainers. It’s all about finding the right fit to help you not just reach your goals but enjoy the journey along the way! If you’re ready to dive in, I’d love to partner with you on this exciting path to wellness!
