Introduction
(I had to start a new thumbtack because I deactivated the account thinking I could reactivate and it deleted all of my reviews and pictures.) I’ve been a certified personal trainer since 2014. Studied exercise science at Hofstra and am NASM certified in nutrition and corrective exercise as well. I specialize in injury prevention and can incorporate functional training towards any goal. I’ve helped a variety of clients with many different goals like weight loss, building muscle and increasing strength after an injury.
