Hi, I’m Kris. I'm a strength/conditioning specialist and nutrition coach with a B.S. in Kinesiology: Exercise Science. I believe in making fitness a fun experience but more importantly, I train for RESULTS. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Each session will be a total of 55 minutes and will include full body workouts depending on the amount of days we train. There will be a lot of core work included in each workout along with some HIIT to sustain lean muscle and reduce body fat.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I played several team sports through my childhood up until my first year of college (Basketball, Baseball, Football). I've always had a passion for fitness and decided I'd help others get in great shape also.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with clients who are Prenatal/Postnatal, overweight, elderly, and clients rehabbing from an injury.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I prepared my client for her wedding who came to me with osteoporosis and looking to lean out and get definition. We trained for three months twice and sometimes three times per week. We made adjustments to her nutrition and training program to ensure she not only got lean but helped build strength in her core muscles to address her osteoporosis.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for a provider who is enthusiastic about their line of work and listens to ensure they have a solid understanding of what exactly your looking for.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How dedicated am I to training? What would it mean to me if I were to achieve these goals? What does toned up look like on me? (ex. Flatter stomach, defined arms, bigger glutes, etc)
