What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I assess each client’s individual needs, consideration, strength and weakness. From there, we create a plan/program that will attack your fitness goals. I always encourage and reinforce positivity to my clients, because everything is achievable as along as you put in the time and effort, but, having honest conversation is important as well with all my clients. Because, training is a two way street, you need to put in the time and effort on your own.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I've always been passionate about being fit/active. So, I decided to start a career of personal training and really help other people reach their goals. I take great enjoyment/pride in coaching people who are committed to their goals. I always want to get people their results.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve worked with novice clients to former college athletes and people who currently have injuries or recovered from an injury. Regardless of what fitness level you are at, there always a plan on to target your fitness goals and needs.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you're ready to commit working with a trainer full time and connecting with each other and the trainer providing you knowledge and helping you through the whole process.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

1. What is your detailed fitness goals? 2. How motivated am I on scale of 1-10, 1 being no motivation at all, 10 being very motivated. Then, we will do an assessment to help you get to the root of your goals, as well as understand medical/exercise history and current lifestyle.
