I grew up playing multiple sports and have always been asked for advice on how I keep in shape. I figured since I am already being consulted frequently, I should make this my career choice

All kinds from aspiring athletes to senior citizens

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I assisted a client in losing 25 pounds in a little over two months!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be diligent and know specifically what you want from a personal trainer. Be realistic and remember that communication is key if you want assistance in your journey!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

That I don't view my profession as a job, but a social duty. I really enjoy helping people boost their self-esteem and shed their insecurities along with their weight
