Introduction

**Please read below BIO & PRICING info prior to reaching out- we are charged for each request** NEXT STEPS FOR WORKING WITH ME: I will reach out to you to schedule a consultation call so we can discuss your goals and determine if I am the right fit to help you achieve those. Hi! my name is Gina and I am an ACE certified personal trainer, fitness nutrition specialist, and a certified Pre- & Postnatal Coach through GGS. I help women: 1. Break the barrier into strength training for fat loss 2. Develop a healthy mindset and understanding around nutrition 3. Focus on biofeedback habits and consistency (sleep, hydration, stress, libido, etc) 4. Stop doing excessive amounts of cardio I take a resistance training approach with my clients to build lean muscle resulting in fat loss. Whether you are a pregnant or postpartum mom, bride to-be, training for an event, or just looking for a place to make fitness a consistent part of your life, I am here to help you achieve your goals SAFELY. I enjoy building individualized programs for each of my clients and can work with very little equipment. I work with my clients both in-person and/or online depending on their preference. I do request that all clients have a yoga mat and a set of resistance bands to start off with. My approach is very simple: resistance training + calorie deficit (expending more calories than you consume) = Fat loss. No gym needed and no magical pills, waist trainers, bars, or ridiculous crash diets. When creating workouts I stick to the basics because the basics NEVER stop working. I do not create workouts to entertain my clients with exercises they have never seen just for the wow factor. Workouts are built around the big lifts: Squat, Deadlift, push and pull along with mobility and flexibility work based on individual client needs. IN-PERSON & VIRTUAL Session Rates *Please reach out for multi-session package pricing as it is discounted based on sessions per week* 🔹$85/hour - in-person 1:1 sessions at client's home or my home studio 🔹$85/hour - virtual 1:1 sessions via FaceTime or Zoom 🔹$100/hour - in-person group sessions at client's home or my home studio (2-4 people max) 🔹$100/hour - virtual group sessions via FaceTime or Zoom (2-4 people max)

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Pricing is based on sessions per week- prices are discounted as sessions per week increase.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I like to get to know my clients and understand their exercise history, what has/has not worked for them in the past and why they are seeking the help of a personal trainer. I aim at keeping the workouts fun and energetic while focusing on strength training through progressive overload (adding weight over time).

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I am a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise as well as a certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist. Most recently, I obtained my certification as a pre- & post-natal coach to better help my pregnant/postpartum clients. Growing up as a competitive gymnast and long time gymnastics coach planted my roots and love for working with people to achieve their goals.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I worked a corporate 9-5 job in Manhattan for 7 years and was unfulfilled because I wanted to HELP people change their lives through exercise and proper nutrition. This was a passion I had since being a young competitive gymnast but never acted on it. I decided to study and become a CPT, eventually I took on more and more clients and made my passion my profession!

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with many different types of clients from ages 18-85. I really like to get to know my clients and their background so that I can individualize their programs to fit their needs. Maybe they have certain issues that they need to overcome or need to take small steps toward a large goal. I aim to make my workouts very palatable and straightforward so that they feel confident enough to eventually do it on their own.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I’ve worked with many different types of clients at varying ages and abilities. I think my favorite “projects” have been with clients who have an understanding that hitting their goal is going to take longer than they think. I want my clients to have an excellent foundation around strength training so that they feel confident in their form and can eventually perform exercises on their own. The best clients are the ones that consistently show up for themselves 💙
