Introduction

Hi my name is sal I am a NFPT certified personal trainer and I am offering my services of personal training/wellness Coaching. I work with all ages and genders ranging from 13+. I love helping individuals achieve a more healthy lifestyle and achieve their goals. I will push you to be successful in and out of the gym. My first session consists of 1 hour and 30 minutes,sitting down with you and connecting to learn your goals, weaknesses, strengths. After giving a full evaluation I will make a plan tailored to meet your goals and we will make adjustments along the way as we learn what works best! What I offer is •one on one training or group if you would like a family member or friend to join • weight loss/body fat, toning, strength and muscle gain •postural/flexibility and balance improvements •help you achieve optimal health and well being • in home training If preferred • a clean and quiet gym with updated equipment I also offer health and wellness coaching for individuals who would like to lose weight/feel better and want to have a better overall healthy lifestyle. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing is 85$ per hour. In home training price Is based off location of the client. The first session will be a hour and a half with the half hour free.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My process is learning the clients strengths and weaknesses. Based on form, balance, strength flexibility and dietary habits. I will design a program based on these strengths and weaknesses to improve your overall mobility.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a certified NFPT personal trainer. Competed in powerlifting for 6 years. I have been training myself for over 16 years

I have worked with customers who have wanted to lose weight, gain strength, and also want to have a healthier lifestyle. I have worked with ages as low as 20 and as high as 65.
