What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing are despised by other fitness professionals where they are loved by my trainees. Why pay for packages when you can pay as you go!! Personal training should be an attainable investment, not sold in expensive packages.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Working with a new trainee requires tackling whatever fear or negative experience they have had with fitness. Every individual is unique and it's important to know their area of opportunity, so we can make it their strengths! From there, let the gains come, whether it is losing body fat, gaining muscle, getting toned, or all of the above!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I currently have 6 certifications, which in a typical gym, would classify me as a Master Trainer. 1. Personal Training Certification 2. Correct Exorcise Specialization 3. Nutrition Fitness Specialization 4. Women's Exercise Specialization 5. Youth Exercise Specialization 6. Senior Exercise Specialization

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started because I got tired of the fitness industry taking advantage of people's insecurities and exploiting them for their hard earn money. Majority of trainers are either out of shape, on steroids, or have had surgery done. Prices always seemed out of range. More importantly, the lack of empathy and care for helping trainees by developing their mind in addition to their body. My goal is to be the most effective and beloved trainer in the world and perhaps other trainers can be inspired to do the same.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with seniors, youths, individuals who were on the spectrum, underweight people and overweight people to name a few. There is no one I won't work with because everyone deserves the chance for a better life by improving their strength and health.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I'm fond of many projects and I have countless encounters / experience, but my biggest accomplishments have come from helping men and women achieve upper body strength to do chin ups and dips, helping men and women lose body fat, helping people to fall in love with exercise. If I can get you to fall in love with exercise, then exercise is never a chore.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the person is genuine and isn't quick to sell. Are they asking questions to get to know you and your fitness experience? Make sure you shop around and look at options. Who's closer, who offers fair rates, who seems like the one that YOU want to work with because they seem that much more valuable to you.

How long have you been a trainer for? Why did you get started? What were you own person struggles and how did you overcome them for yourself? What is your style and method to training?
