What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer a wide variety of services and pricing. We have packages up to 15% off with no enrollment fees.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our first step is having you come in for a fitness assessment. We like to do this with new members so we can identify your current fitness level, and to go over your goals in more detail. There is absolutely no cost for our initial meeting, but we will go over programs and pricing at that time. We promise to get you in a program that will meet your fitness needs and that will stay within your budget.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our trainers are certified through various educational programs and have years of experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I am a huge advocate for health and wellness. I have seen how consistent exercise has improved my own physical and mental health, and I wanted to teach others how to do the same.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all ages, genders, and fitness levels. We work with beginner, intermediate, and professional fitness levels.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find a location that is convenient and comfortable for you.
