My name is Danny, and I’m a competitive bodybuilder with over six years of experience on stage and more than twelve years in the fitness and nutrition industry. Throughout this time, I’ve dedicated myself to learning, applying, and refining effective training and diet strategies. I hold a certification as a personal trainer through ASFA and have been coaching clients online for the past two years. Fitness has been my passion since a young age, and I'm committed to helping others reach their goals using the methods and insights I've developed over the years. I’ve had the privilege of working with several experienced coaches to deepen my expertise, and I’m currently completing my bachelor's degree in Exercise Science to further solidify my foundation in this field.
