What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Bachelors of Science from Bridgewater State University in Physical Education. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist through National Academy of Sports Medicine. I am also certified as a Functional Strength Coach (CFSC), a Pain-Free Performance Specialist (PPSC), a Certified Nutrition Coach (Pn1) and also hold certifications in Kettlebells, and Prenatal & Postpartum.

I have worked with a variety of clients! I can help anyone with almost any type of goal. I currently and previously have worked with clients looking to lose weight, build strength, improve mobility and stability, and train for athletic events.
