Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
$85 for paying per session. $80/session for package of 5. $75/session for package of 10. If $30 added to each session, session duration is going to be 90 min.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
At the beginning, I have to know your goal, then I'll make a plan according to your desire for your body. Because balance of strength training and cardio/endurance training varies depending on clients' goals and current body status. If you are willing to compare progresses/results before and after the program, I can take pictures of you from several angles and/or measure body part sizes.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I was working at a one-on-one private gym that focuses on clients' weight loss through personal training and nutrition advice. I have been taking clients privately as well and I provide machine, resistant tube, body weight trainings and cardio/endurance training including running (Yes! I'm a marathoner!), rope jumping (Yes! I'm a fantastic jumper!), and karate basics (Yes! I'm a Karate-ka!) to my clients.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Physical training to get fit body and endurance gave me not only physical but also mental strength. After I completed my own process to lose more than 40 lbs of weight and get ripped body, I changed my life 180 degrees from a scientist to a fitness trainer. I was trying to help 7 billion people as a scientist but now I focus on supporting people "one by one" by providing fitness habits.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Many of them have had goals to lose their weight. In addition, I have some gay clients and am helping them to get lean body.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I believe that compatibility between you and trainer is most important. Even if a trainer provides excellent training to you but you can not fully trust or do not like her/him, you won't be able to maximize your results. I recommend you to meet, talk to, and check candidate(s) before hiring.
