Our rates are fixed and based on how many sessions the client trains each week. The price includes travel time to and from the client's location! Our cost is: - $70.00/session at 1x/wk. - $65.00/session at 2x/wk. - $60.00/session at 3x/wk. - $55.00/session at 4x/wk. - $50.00/session at 5x/wk. *Exclusions apply*

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We begin every partnership with a complimentary, in-depth health assessment. This session is designed to help us understand your goals, evaluate your current fitness level, and create a personalized plan tailored to your needs. It’s also a great opportunity for you to get to know your trainer and feel confident about the journey ahead. Our assessment includes: - Body composition analysis - Cardiovascular fitness testing - Postural evaluation - Measurements to track progress And more! We believe in starting strong, which is why we use evidence-based methods to guide our recommendations—no guesswork involved. This ensures you’re set up for success from day one, with a clear roadmap and the full support of your professionally certified trainer. Let’s work together to make your goals a reality!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

At Full Scale Fitness, we prioritize expertise and education to provide the highest quality service to our clients. Each of our trainers is not only certified by a nationally recognized personal training organization, but they also hold (at minimum) a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. In addition, all trainers are encouraged to be CPR and First Aid certified through the American Red Cross, ensuring safety and professionalism in every session. Our owner brings a wealth of experience and unique credentials to the team. He has worked under LeBron James’ biomechanist, Donnie Raimon, and holds the prestigious DBC-1 certification—one of the few professionals in Ohio with this qualification. Beyond this, he also taught Kinesiology at the University of Akron for four years, further demonstrating his commitment to education and advancing the field. With this solid foundation of knowledge and experience, our team is equipped to help you achieve your goals safely, effectively, and with results you can trust.
