What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

GYMGUYZ comes right to you. We bring the equipment, motivation, nationally certified trainers who are background checked and a personalized program for you. We also do group and corporate fitness.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Nationally certified and accredited trainers.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I am a retired detective and hostage negotiator. I have also served over 27 years in the military. I have PTSD and I thrive on helping others reach their goals. Fitness solves most of your problems.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types, teens, families, couples, siblings, one-on-one, special needs, clients with health issues, etc. We help customers who want results.

We get results for our clients!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are insured like us, trainers have a valid certification and 5-Star reviews like we do.
