Introduction

I live in New London, Wisconsin. I provide one on one and partner in home training in the Fox Valley area. I also provide high quality virtual training nationwide for 50.00 a session. I strive to provide a high level of service to my clients. I truly care about what my clients are looking to accomplish. I listen carefully and provide them with ongoing support to make sure they succeed. No matter what your goal; if its to lose weight, eat healthier, gain muscle, or just move better and without pain, I will be there to guide you and encourage you. I have advanced training that allows me to work with special populations including those with orthopedic joint pain such as shoulder, back, hip, knee or ankle. I also have a nutrition certification from the International Sports Science Association. I love seeing my clients accomplish things they never believed they would.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My fees are determined by where the training takes place, the length of the session and how often I work with the client. My base fee for in home personal is 70.00. In home couples fee is 90.00. Buy a package of 20 sessions and get a 5% discount. If you train with me at my studio or local gym in New London, I charge a base fee of $50.00 per hour and $35.00 for 1/2 hour sessions. Initial physical assessment fee is $40.00.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I typically email new clients some health information and waiver forms for them to fill out and send back to me. We then set up a meeting place and time, so we can get to know each other and I can get a clear understanding of the clients goals. If the client and I agree to work together, I perform some physical assessments on the client to help me determine what type of program would be most beneficial for them.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Bachelor degree in Exercise Science. I am certified as an Exercise Physiologist by the American College of Sports Medicine. I received certification as a Postural Alignment Specialist from Egoscue University. I have certification by TRX as a Sports Medicine trainer. International Sports Science Association certified Nutrition Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started seriously lifting weights when I was around 20 years old with a good friend. He showed me how to lift safely and get results. I really liked the feeling the training provided. I started gaining more confidence and became more successful in my life. I decided I wanted help other people discover fitness and the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with a variety of clients. Mostly, people who are looking to lose weight and add strength, mobility and muscle definition. I am a certified Corrective Exercise Specialist. This training allows me to help people to return to activities they love to do after an injury or period of inactivity.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Carefully check a person's qualifications and ask alot of questions. Make sure not only are they qualified, but is your personality and training style a good match with there's. Is the trainer a good communicator.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Am I willing to commit the necessary time to get the results I'm looking to achieve. Am I willing to make the dietary changes necessary to get results.
