What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The price per session is less when sessions are purchased in larger packages. Contact for further details.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

All prospective clients receive a FREE consultation and assessment. The consultation portion consists of questions involving lifestyle(work hours, daily activity, past injuries etc.) to design a template for workout times, frequency, and intensity. The assessment portion consists of resting and active tests to find strength and weaknesses.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

-I obtained my Bachelors of Science in Education(Exercise Science) from the University of Akron. I not only obtained great knowledge in the basic anatomy and physiology of the human body, but also the the bodies responses to different types of exercise. -I earned my certification from the ISSA(International Sports Science Association) This certification further expanded by education in training of different populations.(Youth, Pregnancy, Arthritis, etc.)
