Welcome to Wynning Power & Fitness. Located in Bedford Heights, I am a certified personal trainer and competitive powerlifter with over 25 years of training and coaching experience. Certifications also include powerlifting, strength and conditioning, and sports nutrition counseling. I have worked with all ages and genders. Also, as an older athlete, I can definitely relate to the specific needs and concerns in that area as well. So, whether your goal is to get in shape, stay in shape, or competition, I look forward to working with you on your journey.

Preparing for it my whole life. Local, national and international competitor.

Do your research, cheaper is not always better.

Experience If your looking for sport specific coaching or training be sure the trainer has experience and knowledge in that area.
