What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is based off a subscription system. The reason I do a subscription system is because it takes time to see results. By committing for a certain amount of time, there is no way you will give up after two weeks.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first step is to set up a FREE consultation over the phone. We will go over your history with exercise, meet you where you currently are at and come up with a plan to help you reach your goals

ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Ohio University 6 years in the fitness industry NCAA Division 1 swimmer at Ohio University

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started doing this type of work because I went through my own fitness and weight loss journey. I was frustrated too because I couldn't seem to lose weight. During my education, research and own self experimentation, I feel in love with fitness and the gym. I started to train at a gym at OU and really enjoyed personal training. It is my passion and purpose to help people get the same results that I got. Ever since then (5 years ago), I have been personal training

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with a variety of clients ranging from 23-67. I also have experience with group training, fitness classes and Parkinson Disease patients

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently finished Body of Steele's online programming for 1 year. It took me months to undergo this project. You will have the same workouts for 3 weeks (a total body, lower body and upper body workout each week). This way you can get down form and increase your weights. I offer an online and in person training program!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would make sure they are a good fit. You are going to be working with this person for awhile. It is important they offer your training style, have good communication and support you! Also, check their credentials. It is important to have a licensed professional.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What do they offer? What are their licenses/ credentials? Make sure to look at your budget Do research of prices in the area for 1-on-1 personal training and online training
