Introduction

Come out to our studio. We use the latest in exercise fitness to help you meet your goals. Exercise is fun! Don't feel intimidated by people in the gym. After 30 years people still thank us for helping them find the confidence they need. Watching people get healthy and watching them build the confidence to succeed in reaching goals they thought were impossible is the best part of my job. We are not nor will we be a corporate gym that is interested in making our pockets get bigger at your expense..

Consutation is FREE Pricing stays the same......Always, based off what your looking for. Something in everyones budget. I am here to get you healthy, I care about all aspects of your life, not your wallet9 ok

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Trust. My clients become relaxed and understand that we do care for their health.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My line of work requires C.E. all the time. I am dedicatred to C.E. in all sorts of exercise and new developments in my field. I am required to re-test every 2 years and required to stay up with current exercise developments everyday by and for my clients.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I lost my family to health issues, I vowed to save lives in a way that would make a difference for everyone in their family.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with people with T.B.I's (Brain Injuries), Amputees, weight problems and people looking to just gain muscle mass.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I helped a girl who was over weight, smoker and drank too much alcohol and helped her become a marathon runner.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Please make sure the Trainer insured and certified and everything is up do date. Not everyone who calls himself or herself a Trainer is certified.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I care. In 1 Peter 4:10 It says "Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of Gods grace in its various forms".........I try to live by this in my business. I use what was given to me.
