How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began training after finding myself heavily over weight and desiring a change. Upon losing the weight I vowed to teach and motivate everyone I could to achieve that same self satisfaction.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am particularly fond of all our projects. For me this is more than work, it’s Art and watching a masterpiece come to existence is the beauty.
