What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am an ACE certified personal trainer and an experienced lifter/athlete for over 7 years. I have a great foundation of experience and have transformed quite a few people during my time as a trainer.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I fell in love with working out and the feeling of confidence + the positive mental and physical effects of working out. Everyone should experience the amazing benefits of training and I love seeing clients fall in love with improving themselves the same way I did.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with clients of all ages, male and female, overweight, underweight, etc. Each client has different goals, but no matter what the goals may be, I can help you get there.
