unfold fold
$45 for a session 60-90 mins

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
All depends on the goals at hand. Everyone requires a different approach.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
-Over 20 years of hands on experience. -This is my FULL TIME JOB and has been for over 18 years -certified since 2000

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
From an All American athlete to coaching the Olympic development track team, being a National level bodybuilder to now helping people surpass their health and fitness goals. I’ve always had a passion for helping people do what they thought they couldn’t.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
-I currently have IFBB/NPC competitors. -Professional athletes in almost every sport -High School athletes -extreme weight loss clients -people who wish to gain muscle and strength -general fitness -elderly clients -help women pre/during/post pregnancy -I’ve trained many trainers in this area when they started their fitness journey and now they have become trainers. So work with the teacher not the student!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
-I own my 10,000 sqft gym that’s been helping the community since 2009. It’s rated the BEST gym in Columbus.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
-NEVER sign any contract, that’s a trap! A QUALITY trainer will not make you sign any contracts because they offer a quality service. -NEVER work with someone who tries to sell you nutrition products....it’s all a rip off! -They should work with your schedule not the other way around! -Don’t do work according to how they like to work or train.... it’s YOUR goals not theirs. -Avoid big group training, you will not get quality workouts or be supervised properly. -Is the facility properly set up with all the best tools to help you achieve your goals. -Do they have good client retention or do they continually cycle through clients. -you get what you pay for....if they are cheap it’s because they are not quality. -avoid big gym trainers, they can’t sustain clients as an independent trainer so they rely on the gym to help push people to them. -if you’re trainer is on their cell phone surfing your workout fire them and find a true professional

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
-Do they have clients that have accomplished the same goal you want to work towards.... ask for proof...pictures or ask to speak with their clients -is their facility equipped with the PROPER tools needed to help you best achieve your goals.
