The cost of the sessions vary based on the program you commit to and how often you do your homework. I often advise potential clients to not base their decision on finding a trainer based on who is the "cheapest," but who will pay attention to detail on what the individual need and what they want to accomplish.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My process with working with a new client is, I collect a lot of information, so I know exactly how to program their fitness journey. The more I know, the more productive we both are. I take measurements and do a postural analysis on the client to pin point how and where we need to start.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with a wide variety of clients. My clientele varies from an all-star athlete to senior citizens. I have a lot of experience in working with many individuals and is able to connect and transfer that connection to education through human movement.
