How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began my journey in the fitness industry working with Beachbody, specifically with their P90X and Insanity programs. I used to work out in a small-town gym, where I would follow along with my DVD's in a private studio room. Gradually, people started noticing and asking to join me. Within a month, I had over 60 people showing up to workout with me. Recognizing the growing interest, the gym owner offered me an instructor position and started taking videos of my sessions, which he posted. Eventually, Beachbody saw these videos and offered me a job, marking the start of my professional career as a personal trainer.

My clients include both men and women, each with unique fitness goals and varying levels of physical conditioning.
