With 20 years of experience teaching in NYC gyms, training 1:1, and running workplace wellness programs, along with my own personal journey, I designed the best, proven workout formula to get cut (develop muscle), build cardio, and strengthen core, while helping you feel good about yourself, unconditionally. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Clients typically find that a package of six sessions allows for time to learn moves, build a routine, and have their bodies respond. This is also more economical. As part of your training package, you will have complete access to mobile workouts, recipes, and blog posts.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I offer a 20-minute, complementary call to be sure we’re a match.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am certified through AFAA and have my CPR/AED certification through the American Red Cross. I also studied exercise physiology classes at University of Connecticut and American University. In addition to personal training, I taught fitness classes for NYC gyms and corporations.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was working in corporate jobs, realizing keeping a workout routine was challenging to balance. I now share specific ways to stay on track, no matter what life throws at you.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Women and men, across physical abilities and ages. Clients come with a range of needs from wanting to build muscle, flexibility, and balance to ease pain from injuries and body image concerns. We find the right solution, which could be personal or group training, meditation, or coaching services.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I have been working with a client who had never meditated and rarely stretched. Over the past few months, his flexibility has improved, his pains have lessened, and most importantly, he is more calm and focused. He can now tap into his meditative state in a matter of minutes, even in a noisy work environment. I am so grateful to work with such lovely, willing clients.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I know how hard it can be to feel uncomfortable in your body and how much courage it takes to make a change. If we connect, I would be honored to help you get strong, inside and out. I promote a supportive environment, while encouraging you to strengthen your body beyond what you may think you can do. Of course, I teach you form to be sure you protect your body for life.
