I have personally lost just under 220 pounds and love working with new clients to help them reach their goals. I connect with people on a level that most people can't because I've been on both sides of the fitness coin. Not only can I help you with fitness but I'm also a Certified Nutritionist and I have a licensed, commercial kitchen in my gym and can also help you with meal prep. My gym is a private facility that you will feel a level of comfort that you won't find in most gyms. My sessions run $35 per 30 minute session & I offer package discounts.
