Two 20 minute sessions a week is all you need! We focus on muscle quality of movement quantity at The Exercise Coach. We get the results that matter most to you by using our computer-controlled machines to provide real-time feedback as you're doing your reps. Nobody else can offer the customization and feedback we deliver. Also when you sign up with us, we provide our Nutrition Playbook free of charge to help get you on the right track to improving gut health, reducing systemic inflammation, and increasing your metabolism 24 hours a day. This playbook includes a wealth of information on what foods to eat and how often to eat them, it also includes specific shopping lists, meal plans, and recipes.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have several package options for personal training that range from $20-49 per session. We also offer discounts on those prices for purchasing a pack of sessions up front or signing up on your first visit. Discounts range from $50-$400. We also offer additional discounts for first responders, front-line care workers, military/veterans, students, and seniors.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We typically start with 2 free private sessions. In the first session, we like to learn about your goals so we can tailor a program for you. We also do some test exercises on our computerized machines to set your baseline and dial in our customization for your specific needs and abilities. This also allows you to get familiar with how our machines work and how to adjust to the real-time feedback you're getting as you do your reps. In the second session, we do the set up on additional machines and give you a taste of building on the feedback you received in the first session. You'll see your progress immediately on the computer screen attached to the machines you worked on in the first session.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

More than any certain type of fitness program, Consistency is the absolute most important factor in reaching your fitness goals. So find something that is convenient for you, that you can easily fit into your schedule, and that you can see yourself doing a year from now.
