I do per one session or the client has an option to save money by purchasing a package of sessions. There are no long term contracts!

A phone or email interview, initial assessment, and then an improved life through better fitness!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I've always been passionate about helping others and personal training is my vehicle for making positive changes in a person's life!

What types of customers have you worked with?

Pretty much everyone. I've worked with teens, people with mental and physical disabilities, pregnant women, the elderly, women getting ready their wedding, athletes preparing for a season, people rehabbing an injury,and everyone else

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Know their background. Just because a person is in shape, doesn't mean they know how to get you in shape.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ask about experience, qualifications, training methodology, and training philosophy.
