Introduction

I'm all about helping you move better, feel better, and live better! With a background in athletic training and currently pursuing my Doctor of Physical Therapy at USC, I’m on a mission to blend my love for movement with top-notch expertise to support your journey to wellness. My passion for understanding how our bodies work started with obtaining my Master's in athletic training in New Jersey. It's where I fell in love with the intricacies of human movement and the art of rehabilitation. Now, as a student at USC diving deeper into the world of physical therapy, I'm learning cutting-edge techniques to bring you the best possible care. I strive to do my best with a dedication to making your healing journey as personal as possible. I believe in crafting sessions tailored uniquely to you, focusing not only on treating injuries but on empowering you to take charge of your health. It’s not a transaction; it’s a partnership. We’ll work together, laugh together, and celebrate your victories – big and small.

Initial Assessment: We kick things off with a comprehensive evaluation. This involves understanding your medical history, current concerns, and assessing your movement patterns. We'll dive into your goals, concerns, and what you're looking to achieve in therapy. Personalized Treatment Plan: Based on our assessment and discussions, I'll craft a personalized treatment plan tailored specifically to your needs and goals. This plan will outline the steps we'll take together to achieve your desired outcomes. Hands-On Therapy: Expect a hands-on approach! We'll work together through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and any other specialized techniques deemed beneficial for your situation. Education and Empowerment: I'm a firm believer in empowering my clients with knowledge. I'll educate you about your condition, teaching you techniques for self-care and injury prevention, empowering you to take charge of your health. Ongoing Support and Feedback: Our journey doesn't end when the session concludes. I'm here for ongoing support, answering questions, providing guidance, and adjusting the treatment plan as needed. Your feedback is crucial, so we'll continually tweak our approach based on your progress and comfort levels. Celebrating Progress: Every milestone matters! We'll celebrate your victories, whether it's increased flexibility, reduced pain, or accomplishing a fitness goal. Ultimately, it's not just about the sessions—it's about creating a partnership focused on your well-being, growth, and long-term health

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
My biggest advice is to find someone that listens. It's easy to go through our schooling and want to teach others everything we know, but as providers we are still students: A good provider will learn from you before they try to teach.
