What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I always sit down and level with potential new clients to discuss their needs and what they want from me. Then, I will explain to them how I will push them to achieve their goals and write a program to encompass the whole process.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Masters and Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science, am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a Certified Nutrition Coach from Precision Nutrition, a Certified Stretching and Flexibility Coach, and am CPR/AED/First Aid certified from the American Red Cross.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started as a former engineering major who realized the body is the equivalent of a well-oiled machine. As a former athlete, I also wanted to understand how to get my own machine (body) to perform at its peak.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with everyone from children to pro hopefuls to 80 year old individuals looking to get around the house easier.
