What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I offer various packages for 1 on 1 and small group training. I will go over pricing with you during your initial consultation. I offer rates for 30 minute and full hour sessions. prices start at $50.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Your initial consultation is for me to get to know you and your goals. I go over your limitations, diet, injuries, and current activity level to customize a plan for you. I then take you through a quick 20 minute workout to give you an idea of what your workouts will look like. At the end of the consultation I go over pricing with you. I have various packages to fit everyones budget.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have to do continuing education all the time to keep my certification up to date. I also do my own research on programming techniques to keep my clients motivated. This also will give the client the best results because none of my woukouts are the same they are constantly evolving.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started weight training at a young age and developed a passion for it. I started training friends and fell in love with helping people. It is a very gratifying experience.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All ages and goal types ranging from weight loss, strength training, bodybuilding, and special emphasis groups. I have clients with knee, back, and shoulder problems and I am able to help them safely and efficiently.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My client Jarrod has lost over 100lbs and has drastically improved his health. I've been working with him for over 2 years.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If they don't know the 5 loading parameters do not hire them! Just like with any other paid service you are going to get what you pay for. I have over 15 years of experience and use modern techniques that are always progressing. If they are taking you from machine to machine and never pushing you and just counting your reps like the trainers at Planet Fitness or every other big gym franchise, you are waisting your time and your money.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Look at experience!! I can't emphasize that enough, and look at the customer reviews. Do they have before and after pictures of sucessful clients or are they just posting pictures of themselves with their shirt off. Do your research first then choose who to talk to, don't just look at how much they charge per session. Your will get what you pay for and if they don't charge a premium it means they are inexperienced, and usually desperate for clients.
