Introduction

I'm Jonell, a retired military veteran who has had fitness as a part of my life for 3 decades. With me you will get a genuine trainer who cares about you the individual. I don't do group training unless it's requested. There are no cookie cutter programs with my training as every detail of your training is designed with you. In these trying times of uncertainty going to a gym may be even more unappealing than ever before. However I feel fitness is still important and that is why I offer remote consultations, online training, outdoor training or I can come to you within a reasonable distance and yes I do train in the gym the old fashioned way as well. No matter what your needs are, I can meet them and get you on the path of a life changing journey. I help in a variety of areas ranging from strength and conditioning, muscle building, weight management, endurance training and stamina building, flexibility and mobility training and P.T testing for military prep. However I do not stop there, I also help you with your nutrition needs and your supplmentation as well. Contact me for details and plan cost and find out today how we can start transforming your life.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
When it comes to price, there isn't always a clear cut answer. Sometimes life happens. Typically an average session is $70. However if you need meal planning or body fat testing or specialized training the price will vary. It is also different if you're an online client. The best option is to ALWAYS contact me, I will work with you.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have my certification through the international fitness association, I also was trained as a physical training leader in the military while on active duty. I know what it takes to be successful.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I always had an interest in fitness, since I was 5 and would watch the bodybuilding programs or wrestlers on tv. As I got older I joined the military which gave me a solid foundation. Today I am addicted to this life.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with many different people. I have online clients and face to face clients. My specialty areas are clients trying to add muscle, individuals trying to lose weight and individuals preparing for the military.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Make sure there is a connection, a spark. You would not invite someone into your life, if they were not a good fit. If your trainer is good they will become a valued part of your life.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Think about what you really want. Don't just let the pro tell you what you need. Remember it is your body. you and your pro should work in tandem for the best results.
