Versatile Action Fitness is more than personal training. VAF changes, inspires, and educates clients to get results. We take pride in changing lives of our clients by building life-long relationships and providing individualized, one-on-one training. We educate clients on food and nutrition, portion control, weight loss management, and proper physical activity. We have tools aiding all clients with maintaining a healthier lifestyle and reaching their goals. Our clients have 24-hour access to their assigned customized plans on their smartphone or web portal, where they can access their personalized workouts created by their trainer, document daily food intake, and monitor daily or weekly progress. VAF believes achieving fitness results are comprised of two components: 80% is maintaining a healthy diet and 20% is properly exercising. VAF believes that inspiration creates motivation and motivation will lead to better results. VAF clients get results! The number one thing we enjoy about the work that we do at Versatile Action Fitness is our ability to change the lives of our clients by altering the way people view themselves. Through individualized one-one-one training sessions, group training , food and nutrition guidance, and holding our clients accountable, we inspire all clients to live a healthier lifestyle. Through our personal training program, clients build self-confidence, which ultimately, improves their daily personal and professional lives.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

There are different training programs and fitness packages offered by Versatile Action Fitness. Programs are a 3, 6, or 12 month commitment. First-time clients can enroll in the VAF JumpStart program for a discounted rate. *For your convenience, payments are billed monthly.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

For the initial consultation, we complete the following things: •Circumference Measurements •Body Fat Testing •Weigh-In •Goal Setting •Nutritional Counseling •30-minute Workout After the initial consultation, clients will then receive individualized, one-on-one training sessions based on the training package they purchase and/or customized plans using the VAF app on days they do not meet face-to-face with their trainer.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

At Versatile Action Fitness, we take fitness seriously! All VAF trainers are Certified Personal Trainers and/or have a degree from an accredited college or university in the field of Exercise Science, Wellness, or Sports Management.

Versatile Action Fitness strongly believes every individual has the right to feel good about themselves and live a healthy lifestyle regardless of gender, age, or fitness levels.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Personal training is a craft. I would advise all customers to make sure their trainer is certified and that their trainer can meet the needs of helping you reach your fitness goals. In addition, personal training is not a "one-size fit all" program and clients need to make sure they hire a personal trainer that is a "good fit" and can provide true personalized sessions and support.
